The Besiktas man enjoyed a successful World Cup in Russia as he helped his side to Sunday’s final in Moscow.
He has been linked with a subsequent move away from Turkey with Atletico Madrid and Sevilla joining Liverpool in the race for his signature.
According to reports in Turkey, the Anfield club have doubled down on their efforts to land Vida who has also attracted the attention of Everton and Leicester.
Besiktas are believed to want more then £30m for the player.
A spokesman for the club said: ““We have received offers for Vida and we are considering them but that does not mean he will definitely leave.
“Every player has a price, we will make a final decision in accordance with our budget and interests.”

The increasement of vida’s transfer fee has got Klopp considering to put the negotiation on hold, earlier before pre-season started the reds
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp had no intention of signing another centre-back this summer – despite Joel Matip’s injury setback.
The Reds have been repeatedly linked with a move for Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida with fresh reports suggesting that a bid of around £19.5million had been tabled.
However, Liverpool have no interest in the Croatia international and are baffled by the constant speculation linking them with Vida.
Matip, who has flown home from the tour of America, is expected to be sidelined for a fortnight after limping out of last weekend’s defeat to Borussia Dortmund in Charlotte.
But Klopp isn’t concerned about a lack of defensive cover ahead of the Premier League opener against West Ham on August 12.
Dejan Lovren won’t report back to Melwood until six days before that game against the Hammers as he takes an extended break after helping Croatia reach the World Cup final.
In the absence of Matip and Lovren, Klopp has got Ragnar Klavan and Joe Gomez competing for the right to partner Virgil van Dijk.
